Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or Services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or Service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, Services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
In addition, we may offer deals and promotions from time to time with reduced fees and/or discounted products. All promotions, discounts, credits, or similar offers are subject to the terms, conditions, and restrictions set forth in our Terms of Service. You hereby authorize your Payment Method to be charged for the fees associated with each order you place on Intermed Gloves website(s). At time of placing the order, your Payment Method will automatically be charged, including any shipping fees, taxes or other fees set forth in the payment summary. You acknowledge and agree that Intermed Gloves has the right to resubmit any charge you authorize that is declined for any reason or returned for insufficient or uncollected funds. If your primary Payment Method is not available for any reason, including without limitation because the card is not valid or declined, Intermed Gloves reserves the right to automatically charge other Payment Methods you have on file.
SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Referral program. Active Intermed Gloves customers can earn a credit toward future Intermed Gloves purchases if a referred friend who has not previously registered as a Intermed Gloves user creates a valid Intermed Gloves account (agreeing to comply with these Terms) and makes and completes an initial purchase from Intermed Gloves using your personal invite code.
Personal invite codes may only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes. This means you can share your invite link with your personal connections via social media where you are the primary content owner. Public distribution on sites to which you are a contributor, but not the primary content owner, is not allowed. Promoting your referral code via search engine marketing is also not allowed. Intermed Gloves reserves the right to refuse to honor any referral codes that are posted publicly in violation of these Terms and to demand that such referral codes be taken down. Additionally, Intermed Gloves reserves the right to modify or cancel a a promotion or code at any time, or to cancel or refuse to honor any fraudulently obtained credits or promos (as determined in Intermed Gloves' sole discretion). If you post or share your referral code in connection with your opinion or experience regarding Intermed Gloves purchases or service, you may be required to tell your audience that you will earn a credit if they use your code, as required by guidelines issued by the Federal Trade Commission.
Intermed Gloves, in its discretion, may limit the total referral credit eligible to be received by a user during the same calendar year and may change that limit from time to time at Intermed Gloves' discretion. The referral program is void where prohibited.
Credits. Intermed Gloves credits have no cash value, can only be redeemed for Intermed Gloves orders, and may be subject to expiration dates or other restrictions at our sole discretion. Intermed Gloves credits are for promotional purposes only and cannot, under any circumstances, be redeemed for cash or any cash equivalent including but not limited to gift cards or refunds. Intermed Gloves credits are not transferable and may not be auctioned, traded, bartered, or sold. For questions related to credits, please contact us at info@intermedgloves.com.
No Refunds. Charges paid by you for completed and delivered orders are final and non-refundable. Intermed Gloves has no obligation to provide refunds or credits, but may grant them, in each case in Intermed Gloves' sole discretion.
Use of Promotional Code(s) Terms and Conditions. All promotions and offers (collectively “Promos”) subject to meeting the requirements set forth therein or below. Must have a valid Intermed Gloves account in good standing and a valid form of accepted payment on file. Create an account by visiting intermedgloves.com in the My Account section (top right). Promos can only be redeemed for Intermed Gloves orders within the Continental U.S. For promos available only to new customers or new subscribers, as applicable, customers will be disqualified and will not be entitled to receive the Promo if Intermed Gloves has a record of their name, email, phone number, or credit card having been used for a prior Intermed Gloves order or being linked to an existing active or inactive Intermed Gloves account. Other fees and taxes may still apply. Item prices may vary from those listed in store, call-in orders, or on another website. All products and orders are subject to availability. Delivery times vary due to weather, shipping availability/performance, other circumstances, and are not guaranteed. Any third-party product names and/or trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Use thereof is for reference purposes only and does not imply endorsement or affiliation. Promos are not transferable and may not be auctioned, traded, copied, transferred, bartered, modified, or sold. Promos cannot be applied retroactively for prior purchases. Promo and/or referral codes may not be shared unless otherwise indicated, violation may result in suspension of your Intermed Gloves account. (E) Provide any false, incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information, or otherwise engage in fraudulent or illegal conduct. Upon any such termination or suspension, you must immediately stop using the Intermed Gloves websites and stop any further purchases from Intermed Gloves, including without limitation the mobile payment functionality, and we reserve the right to delete all of your account information stored on our servers. Additionally, we reserve the right to pause or log you out of your current session for any or no reason, including but not limited to due to extended periods of inactivity. We will not be liable to you for compensation, reimbursement, or damages in connection with your use of the mobile payment functionality, or any such termination, suspension, or deletion of information.
