Returns and Exchanges Policy
We get it – sometimes things don't work out. No worries, we're here to make your return or exchange as smooth as possible. Here's the lowdown on our return policy for our products.

Re:Do Free & Easy Returns for Store Credit and Exchanges
Customers will be given an opportunity to purchase return insurance, a small fee that will give them access to a free exchange or refund.
If you purchased the $1.98 free returns for store credit or exchange protection at the original time of checkout, there is no cost to return the package. You will be able to submit a return for store credit or exchange and receive a pre-paid label through our returns portal by clicking here.
If you do not purchase the $1.98 free return for store credit or exchange protection at the original time of checkout, you will be responsible for returning the product. You are able to purchase a return label through our returns portal at your cost.
RETURNS
We happily accept returns of unopened items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund minus any shipping fees.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on opened items at this time.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unopened and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the original order ID as proof of purchase from us.
DAMAGES AND INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We may ask you to provide proof of damage, defect, or incorrect item receipt by sending a picture of the item(s) to us.
We will gladly exchange verified damaged, defective or incorrect products ordered at no cost to you (we're so sorry!). Should the item be out of stock, a refund to the original payment method will be provided.
EXCEPTIONS | NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
EXCHANGES
You may exchange unopened or undamaged items within 14 days of delivery through the Intermed Gloves Returns Portal. Please note that we can only exchange items once per order, and items are subject to adjustments for the difference in price for the new item shipped. All exchanges must be initiated through our Returns Portal within 14 days of delivery to be eligible. If an exchange is received by the Intermed Gloves team and not submitted through the online portal, it will be automatically marked as ineligible and processed as store credit.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.

INITIATING A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Locate your account with your email or shipping zip code & order #.
After locating the order you want to exchange or return for store credit, select the item(s) and follow the instructions provided.
Once your request is approved, you will receive shipping guidelines and return instructions.
Send back your return in compliance with our return policy.
